It's titled "10Base-T Ethernet: the Second Wave". The authors are Rick Anderson and Kevin Woods of Synoptics (Rick is the chair of the IEEE 10Base-T committee). It's semi-technical in nature, written for us wireheads, and cleared up a lot of grey areas for me (why do we need the link integrity signal, anyway?). I recommend it for anyone involved with installing the copper. Mack Burnham
