Yes, indeed it is!  AT&T's StarGROUP 3.3 for SVR3 and 3.4 for SVR4 is available
and shipping.

AT&T did such a wonderful job in RE-WRITING LAN Manger that NCR, Unisys,
Data General, Olivetti and several European Co's have licensed the AT&T LM/X 
code. I don't know if the other licensee's have actually done their port, but
the AT&T product is live and well.  I would assume that NCR is done since
their "Cooperation" product is based on AT&T's StarGROUP Software LAN Manager 
Server.
