First of all, I used to have the 2400SA (no MNP) and hated it. Everytime my refrigerator or lamp would go on/off, I'd get junk online and download errors. To add, I'd get a random greek "pi" symbol. I got a new cable and no luck. Tech support couldn't figure it out over the phone so I returned it for credit. Perhaps I needed MNP. Anyway, I've been watching bug reports on here and have a few questions... 1. What's the current price of this modem? I saw $499 in MacUser. 2. I know it has V.42 but how about V.32? V.42 incorporates MNP if the connecting modem does't have V.42? 3. Are the bug fixes OK now? 4. Does it come with a hardware handshake cable? Thanks! <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> <>William Perez <> Internet: perez@andromeda.rutgers.edu <> <>RPO 0043 POBox 5063 <> America Online: WilliWonka <> <>New Brunswick, NJ 08903 <> <> <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
