     I'm just looking into dsp's (initially for speech synthesis). Can
anyone tell me what boards are available for any platform? along with
any specs/comments/comparisons you could make re the hardware itself and/or
development tools available for the board? I'm not a hardware type, but
software I can write given the specs. Thanks.
