Three quick comments here:

	1. Besides Computing Reviews, MATH/SCI also contains 
	   Mathematical Reviews from ~ 1975 on.

	2. Many libraries have the CD-ROM version of Math Reviews.

	3. Math Reviews does not review FOCS/STOC/etc articles
	   individually, but they do list the article titles, so
	   you can search for them.
