Does anyone have an electronic version of the code examples from the
new book "A C++ Toolkit" by Jonathan S Shapiro?  The copyright
indicates that the routines can be freely distributed but it doesn't
mention any way to obtain them.  There is over 40 pages of stuff so it
would be nice not to have to type it all in.
