I am interested in information on C++ bindings for Motif... Are these
now available from any known source (OSF or otherwise) or do you have
to build them yourself?  Also has anyone actually encapsulated the
("enclassed"???) the Motif "widgets" in C++ classes so that you can
take advantage of both Motif's and C++'s inheritance capabilities???
