This is the same time as it goes on the BBS systems. I expect Brad sees a delay due to the Canadian postal service, but US subscribers shouldn't notice any delay. The concordance goes out anywhere from several days to two weeks later; so far only to TC members, although on request we can mail it to anyone else. It is not available electronically at all. BASIS 14 is currently at the printers and will be available in all forms early next week. That's the good news - the bad news is that its bulk has soared to >200 pages, and so the cost is up to $15.
