Public domain is of course preferred, but I appreciate any information. (2) I recently received a copy of PROLOG-2 (thank you to the sender, I lost his email address). The README file mentions two books on Prolog-2. Unfortunately no author is given, and I could not track them down at Ablex. Does anyone have a complete reference? Jim P.S.: My Pnews does not work temporarily, so I am guest posting.
