I know of several interface builders:-
Fabrik; see OOPSLA proceedings of a couple of years ago,
InterCons; ditto,
Glazier; by Tektronix, and this is the good bit, it is available. Contact
Smalltalk Express (081-200-0220, UK) and ask about the Tek Goodies disk.

Glazier is a reasonable approach to the problem, but you may not like the
style of code it writes for you. Along with it come quite a few other Tek
originated goodies.
