In the tutorial example files of Digitalk's Smalltalk/VPM
there are these exclamation marks (!).  I telephoned Digitalk
and was told that, it is for compiling the file in small
parts.  The person I talked could not give any more expalanations.

1) What is the rule for placing these ! marks in a Smalltalk file?
2) What is the maximum size of file that can be compiled without
   these delimters?
