I get my mail on Houligan. But Houligan doesn't have the X libraries installed. Therefore, I can't compile XBiff on Houligan. Therefore, I can't use XBiff to get my mail. Of course, I can always use the normal Biff to let me know when mail arrives, which is what I do (actually, I use Newmail instead). Another alternative is to forward my mail to a system that does have X. However, administrative reasons, amongst others, prevent this.
