Hi folks -

I have installed ELM 2.3 PL8 on my system. However only root can
send mail to other users. When a user from the bourne shell trys
to send mail we get an Xfail reason ERR_133 transport local: 
failed to open outputfile: Permission denied   error message in
/usr/smail/spool/error   I have tried to change permissions on
the files involved with no luck. I can find no ref to ERR_133 in
the docs. I am using ELM with SCO Xenix 2.3.2

Any input would be greatly appr.  PS  root can send and receive
mail via elm with no problems. THANKS!
