How can I "batch" SMTP mail with sendmail. 
I would like to use SMTP over a X.25 line to connect to my mailfeeder.
How can I setup sendmail, so that this mailfeeder is only connected
e.g. every 2 hours or so?

I understand, the mailer section of the sendmail.cf has a flag "e"
(expensive mailer, do wait for next queue run). I tried this flag for
the UUCP connection to my mailfeeder, but sendmail still makes his job
imediatly...

And what's about the mail for me, waiting on my mailfeeder? 
I would prefer that only I establish a connection to the mailfeeder. 
The mail on the mailfeeder should have to wait, until I call.
(Similar to a UUCP connection).
