Why not just migrate any discussions from PUBNET.* into the alt.bbs.*
hierarchy? Is there really a type of discussion which PUBNET.* carries
which cannot be handled in the alt.bbs.* groups, necessitating a mailing
list? I mean, you could always create alt.bbs.publicaccess if none of
the existing alt.bbs groups didn't fit the bill.
