Last time I checked, keyboards were around $200, and pedalboards were around $700. They also sell lots of other related parts like key cheeks, contact blocks, etc. PAIA used to sell keyboards too, though I haven't seen one of their catalogs in years. I think they advertise in Electronic Musician. A good lead for getting used keyboards is to get to know someone in the pipe organ industry - try the yellow pages under Organs or Pipe Organs, or talk to the organist at a local church. I got my pedalboard for free when I was picking up some wind chests (also free).
