I want to buy a good sampler for the pc with a stereo out card and some
software that can modify the waveforms and create sequences of sampled data out
onto a stereo out card

I would basically like to play the samples at any note and length desired and
if possibled interfaced w/ a midi in
I have seen software and hardware like this for the 2gs but can't seem to find
anything for the ibm

Any help would be appreciated
