What if you did NOT know that you where being investigated and had the "boobytraps" installed anyways?? And then where either caught or "investigated" then?? Would you still be held responsible? I'm no expert on law, but I have never read anyone saying"BTW we are investigating you, better be warned" If I was told that, I would then make sure I was squeaky clean, seems to me that when your being investigated that you are NOT TOLD that in order to build a case against you. B/c if you where told that you where being investigated you might just go out and do a malicious act.
