It would strip all the high order bits, etc and give you a plain ASCII file. It's probably available on CompuSee's CPM forum. (My version is probably buried in the basemenon an 8" floppy....somewhere....maybe) A similar program is available froStarFixer called FileFixer that does a similar job for MSDOS WordStar afficionados.
