Look in the back of pc-week/infoworld for decent sys board prices. I picked up a few 286/12 boards from MCT 415/670-0633 for $125 so their 386SX prices can't be more than $300. This pricing was several months ago. The sys boards were VLSI chipset & AMI bios. a meg or two isn't that much either. If you do the sys board way you will need to figure out which cards might need replacing.
