Does anyone know where I can get details of how one goes about writing an
installable file system for OS/2? I have been told that this is a Microsoft
'secret', at least at present; if so, perhaps someone from MS could comment
as to why this should be so.

If it is available from MS, a document name would be useful. Otherwise, any
unofficial information would be welcome!
