Hello again.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you, but I have been swamped
with requests (120 to be exact).  This is the status of our report for those
who are interested: before we can make our document available, we must have
the Army's approval (our sponsor).  A letter is being prepared to request
distribution of the report via E-mail.  I do not expect to hear back from
them until the first of the year (holidays and all).

As for the means of distribution, we have had an offer from someone to put
the document on their server.  We do not have the funds to reproduce the
document and mail it out.

As soon as I receive a response from the Army, I will post another
announcement.
