No, all you'd accomplish by flooding him with junk mail is stopping him
from doing it again - and a simple polite note will probably do that,
since it seems he's a well-meaning individual.

Or do you somehow imagine that filling up one guy's mailbox is somehow
magically going to influence someone else half a continent away into not
repeating the mistake when he first comes on the network?

Seems to me you have even less regard for the consequences of your actions
as the guy who posted the note in the first place.  And HE meant well.
