No, all you'd accomplish by flooding him with junk mail is stopping him from doing it again - and a simple polite note will probably do that, since it seems he's a well-meaning individual. Or do you somehow imagine that filling up one guy's mailbox is somehow magically going to influence someone else half a continent away into not repeating the mistake when he first comes on the network?
