Message-ID: <9012110854.AA16360@utis15.cs.utwente.nl> Date: 11 Dec 90 08:54:57 GMT Sender: daemon@ucbvax.BERKELEY.EDU Distribution: inet Organization: The Internet Lines: 19 I could not compile neither the ntp package nor the xntp package on a HP 9000/s300 workstation (system 5 -ish kind of unix). From the ntp package, the compilation of `ntp' succeeded, but the compilation of `ntpd' failed. The compilation of the xntp package failed during the compilation of the xntp library. Did someone already port ntp and/or xntp to hp's ? If not, I might give it a try, but at least for xntp it seems to be a problem with SIGIO, and by now I know next to nothing about that especially about the portability issues related to that topic, and I wouldn't mind keeping my knowledge at that level... So... anyone? Thanks, Axel Belinfante (belinfan@cs.utwente.nl).
