Yep ... you can pick up xntp for HP-UX 7.0 on columbia.edu or 
sdd.hp.com, whichever is easier.  The SIGIO is easy compared 
to getting around adjtime(2) :-)  It works very good and lots
of people within HP use it as well as more than a few outside 
of HP.
