The Kahaner Report was extremely informative.  It certainly answered
a lot of questions I had about Computer activities in Korea.

Are there other such reports done by other authors?

Kahane seemed to be convinced that Korea was not anywhere near the
level of other advanced nations such as the United States and Japan.
