I saw a routine to do this on the 6502 a few years back which just used an or' and addition of a number.. Is there a constantly changing address in the Amiga which could be used as a seed ? I'd prefer this routine to not use any div or mulu instructions , or any looping ... If anyone can help please mail me the solution and I'll e-mail you a donner kebab (Without Chile' sauce, as it messes up the network) Thanks -- Martin-Martin Nike ,Coventry Polytechnic,England *Have A merry Christmas JANET:cmg996@uk.ac.coventry and remember ...* INET:cmg996%coventry.ac.uk@nsfnet-relay.ac.uk ##I am the one and only LIVING ARMCHAIR##
