So, assuming that You have a video-signal present (my cable sometimes gives me problems with that), You could check what a software upgrade will cost. I upgraded from 3.0 to 4.0 to get rid of that nasty Digi-Droid 68020 incompatibility bug. My dealer got me that for free, since I could show the several fax'es I've sent to Newtek without any answers. It could ofcourse be something completely different, though. I'm just suggesting.
