In that second quote...what was wrong information?  That broadcast TV is about
330 lines, or that prosumer video equipment is higher?
 
If 480pixels doesn't equal 525 scanlines, then that's fine...I wasn't aware of
the 50 unused lines.  But vertical video resolution isn't equated equally to
pixel resolution.
 
And the 330 lines figure for broadcast is a figure I've read more than once,
and will be on my TV-I final exam on Wed :')
