 Yes any stick for any Sega system (at least SMS and Genesis) will work 
perfectly without any mods whatsoever. As a matter of fact, I am gonna get 
the nice lookin (and actin and performin) stick for the Genesis.

Oh, and I use the pads and stick for the Master system all of the time
