Thanks to those who responded with the hints for nuking the wolf.

Now I'm _really_ stuck. I'm in the monastery, and I have the infrared
controller and got the magnetic card (Bio Challenge?) from inside the
furniture. I suspect that the white spot of light in the centre of the square
chamber is the teleporter...now how do I use it?
HELP!
