You need to position yourself directly below the chain yet perhaps a few
pixels (experiment with it) to the right of the chain.  Then, leap up in the
air and push the stick towards the chain.  Your wall-grabbing feet should lock
onto the chain & you'll be free of Level 3!  Good luck, it's not too hard after
you do it once.
