She indicates that they have no idea when the 2024 will be available. Some early orders were filled, but the monitors had problems and they are waiting until they can get a new supplier to deliver them. She said they had no idea when they expected to fill the outstanding orders. While they are willing to give refunds, that doesn't help people who ordered under the Educational Purchase plan, since it will then cost more when those people try to order the monitor without a CPU at some later time.
