I wouldn't be surprised if he isn't using the FFS. Is there a way to find out whether or not he is using FFS? In order to get FFS does he have to reformat his hard drive? He has Kick start 1.2, and his Format command didn't have the FFS option, so maybe it was after Kick 1.2. Thanks.
