Message-ID: <321@smosjc.UUCP> Date: 10 Dec 90 02:19:58 GMT Organization: S-MOS Systems, San Jose, Ca., USA Lines: 13 In RKM Libraries and Devices it states that playfields can have a maximum size of 1024x1024 pixels. Is this a limitation of the playfield DMA hardware? Specifically, I want to create a 4 bitplane lo-res screen with the bitplanes interleaved in memory, which effectively requires a 320 X 4 = 1280 pixel wide display as far as the playfield hardware is concerned. Can I do it? -brett -- |Brett Coon | uunet!smosjc!brett | |S-MOS Systems, Inc. | "You like 'em, anchovies?" | |San Jose, CA | -Runaway Train |
