I wish to write a handler that is compatible with the Amigados mount command.
That is, I don't want to use the ARP extensions.  How do I get the device,
flags, bufmemtype and other information?  I have the CBM examples, but theirs
left that part out.  Do I get it from the Dosenvec "environment" structure?
