GU2 5XH Lines: 29 Hi, I am having problems setting up users on the apollo (SR10.1): vi starts in open mode, tset say it can't find termcap both the $term and $TERM variable is set to "apollo" my default shell is /bin/csh. I can read the /etc/termcap file. If I set term=aX, which according to /etc/termcap is the same as apollo, tset works, but vi is wrong giving wrong control codes. The window is standard domain padxx. The funny thing is that, if I login as root instead, everything is fine !!!!. I can't see what's is the difference between the two environments, because I set root to default /bin/csh as well. What is the latest rpc library to use for building pcnfsd and where can I find them (UK/Europe site perfered) ? Our network is all SUNs running SUNOS4.1 with auto mount daemon amd. Will apollo's nfs work ok with amd ? Advice desparately needed !! Many Thanks. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- L.N. Chung Dept of Elec.
