Lines: 17 Nntp-Posting-Host: prism.cs.orst.edu I have a Mac running appleshare and many Apple //e's with workstation cards installed. My problem is this: I would like to let one child sitting at a //e in one classroom be able to "chat" with another child in a different classroom. I define "Chat" as being able to simultaneously type a letter and having that letter show up on the remote machine (such as unix's talk cmd). Does anyone out there know how this could be done using the //e's (I'm willing to purchase more equipment, such as null modems, if it would help)? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! P.S. The classrooms are already wired with phone cables. O_o Tom Denny dennyt@prism.cs.orst.edu (Preferred) #( )# tdenny@jove.cs.pdx.edu (CSNet) U - ack, thptt dennyt@pro-applephelia.cts.com
