I've used Snowterm as a Font downloader, but I sure would appreciate a real dedicated program for that purpose...as with Snowterm I have to change the Printer port over to Modem Connected to get Snowterm to work. It all works of course for me. I've sucessfully used several Type 3 fonts with my Postscript emulation cartridge, but since mine was an early version the cartridge couldn't handle Type 1 fonts. [I've since sent in my cartridge for updating to the latest version which will be able to handle Type 1 fonts] I've also E-mail'd John Snow about making Snowterm into a Font downloader program (it would sure be easier to do that then to add protocol transfer to the current version! ) He was thinking about it, but seemed more interested in finishing Snowterm now that he has some spare time again. For $10 I'd probably send you a check with out hesitation. I've already registered my Snowterm copy because I was using it so much (for Postscript downloading.). Just be sure to make it a full GS/OS application. ProDOS 8 doesn't even see half of my partitions....
