Zink) Organization: Alchemy Software Designs Lines: 24 I may probably get quite a bit of flack for this from people trying to sell 3.5" drives for the GS, but what the heck... I am somewhat confused about the rather high prices for 3.5" drives compared to the 'other' platform's prices, the Macintosh. I see ads for 3.5" externals, notably from Fujitsu, that sell for $99.00 mail orde on the Mac side. Now considering that the Mac drive is virtually the same as the GS drive (800K version that is), it should be no problem picking up said Fujitsu drive and to use it on the GS. Besides, the Fujitsu drive has much nicer styling and is much slimmer than most of the drives availbale on the market right now for the GS. If you are interested, I can probably dig up the address of the mail order companies selling Fujitsu drives from my issue of MacWeek. Now anyone tell me the Mac isn't useful for some things...
