how is a .spc file encoded? any hints would be helpful, for example,
how big is the bitmap, is there a color palette? how many bits per
pixel, etc. i would like to know exactly how it is encoded, so i can
write a program to decode them, but any hint would be good, and i
might be able to look at the file and figure the rest out.
also, how are .arc files encoded?
