I recommend ST Informer, 909 NW Starlite Place, Grants Pass, OR 
97526.  Their phone number is 503-479-0071.  12 issues a year for 
$18.

Some people have also recommended Current Notes.  I don't have any 
information on it, but you may want to look into it.
