I've recently written a small screen dump tool for my NEC P6+ on my MEGA ST,
which has the blitter TOS (TOS 1.2), using scr_dump ($502). I tested it on a
TOS1.4-machine and it was running.

So all at all I can say:
The screen dump vector didn't changed (Maybe in TOS 1.6, but I don't think so).
