It is not necessary to copy the .SDA file to another disk.  Since by
nature SDA's fit into memory, all that is needed is that you LOAD the
SDA into memory, but do not RUN it until you have inserted a blank disk
into the drive.

Actually I prefer the newer SFX standard invented by Chris Smeets (I
think), but unfortunately it requires a C128 to generate these files.
