	I get the TSCLIB library written by Chester William and this library
need the RF routine that came with CVLLIB. Unfortunatly I don't have the CVLLIB.
Do somebody know where I could find it or what this routine is suppose to do?
Also do somebody know what is the address of Chester William ?
