 A while ago there whas a discussion aboute the above mentioned UARTs, their
compatibility and functionality.

 If anybody out there collected a summary over this discussion I would
appreciate if that person would send me a copy of this summary.

  I couldn't find any 'frequently asked questions' or the like for
 comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware so I wasn't able to find out if there is an
