I have scanned the >archives at wuarchive (mirror of SIMTEL20) - no luck. Several programs will show IRQ assignments and related information. I don't know of any that will reassign IRQs. Some programs that come to mind for getting various kinds of system info including the above: QAPLUS by DiagSoft, Helpme by California Software Products, Checkit by Touchstone Software. I'm sure there are others. QAPLUS and Checkit are commercial. I don't know about Helpme.
