	I purchased an ELT 286 mb a while back and the ems driver that comes with
	it will not work with Desqview. It fails with a divide overflow.
	This motherboard uses the Chips & Technologies NEAT chipset. The
	board can hold 4 meg of dram. The ems driver I have says it
	is C&T expanded memory driver version 4.1.1...I have called C&T
	and they do not provide updates to end users (I was told). I
	cannot go back to where I bought the board, as that party is gone.
	I wonder if anyone happens to have a similar 286 NEAT board with
	an ems driver of newer vintage, and if you would email a copy to me.
