When I had my first modem installed the fellow that did it had
a program that made sure that it was at the right address and
irq location. I can no longer find this person and would like
to find  software to assist in the instalation of another modem.
Can someone give me a pointer as to wher I might find something
like this, hopefully available by ftp.
