Suitcase II will do it.  The only requirement is that you have a font
suitcase open in the folder that the outline fonts are in.  I've used it
successfully to take all of my fonts (60 to 70) and place them in an
entirely different location on my hard drive!  Makes things really
convenient, since I just use the associated screen fonts for the open
suitcase, keeping it all in one place.
